Senior Executive, Global HR - Learning & Development (Global HQ / 6 months contract)

Job Description

The selected candidate will be part of the Global Human Resources (GHR) team in a multinational organization. They will support the Senior Manager (L&D) in executing GHR Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives under the ONE Academy and handling daily operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Offer end-to-end support for implementing assigned GHR L&D initiatives under the ONE Academy
  • Assist in organizing L&D activities and programs to ensure a seamless learning experience for employees
  • Aid in developing and assessing Global leadership, competency, and training frameworks
  • Update learning materials in collaboration with content experts
  • Manage external and internal learning activities, including resource allocation and course registrations
  • Handle employee training requests and address ad-hoc inquiries
  • Monitor learning and development budget usage and prepare reports
  • Review feedback on learning effectiveness to identify areas for enhancement
  • Oversee training partners/vendors providing services
  • Enhance L&D administration processes to improve employees' learning experiences
  • Communicate upcoming training or events relevant to employees' learning needs
  • Support other HR projects and initiatives
  • Perform any other assigned work-related duties
