Job Title: Manager, HR Business Partner (Data Center)

Job Summary: The client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join their Data Center team in Singapore. This role will be responsible for overseeing core HR functions and acting as a strategic partner to the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive HR initiatives that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
    Provide strategic advice on HR matters, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  2. Core HR Functions: Oversee recruitment and selection processes to ensure the hiring of top talent.
    Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
    Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
    Administer compensation and benefits programs to maintain competitive and fair practices.
    Conduct regular HR audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  3. Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees.
    Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
    Lead succession planning initiatives to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.
  4. Employee Engagement and Culture: Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
    Implement initiatives to enhance organizational culture and employee well-being.
    Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  5. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance on HR implications and ensuring smooth transitions.
    Communicate effectively with employees to manage change and address concerns.
  6. HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and support decision-making.
    Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HRBP role.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
  • Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
