Talent Acquisition Manager

This challenging role requires a strategic thinker who can manage end-to-end recruitment activities to attract top talent and create a positive candidate experience for Nanyang Technology University. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and HR Business Partners (HRBP) to streamline the interview process and collaborate with hiring managers on Workday processes.
Key Requirements- Diploma or Degree in Business administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related discipline with relevant experience.
- Excellent communication, planning, organisation, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Good understanding of common HR practices and Employment related legislation.
