We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team


As a Talent Acquisition Manager we rely on you to:

  • Manage the full recruitment and offboarding lifecycle for all agreed roles
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to address current and future hiring requirements.
  • Ensure effective utilization of manpower by recommending staffing levels based on business volume
  • Manage employee onboarding, ensuring new hires are successfully integrated into the company culture.
  • Track industry trends and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge in talent management.
  • Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with state and federal regulations
  • Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
  • Coordinates all transfers and promotions with the property.
  • Actively identify the gaps in the organization’s HR process and system and propose methods or procedures to improve them.
