Talent Acquisition Manager

The Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN) is a not-for-profit organisation established by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) in 2024 to harness technology and foster innovation for more efficient, resilient, and inclusive financial ecosystems through global partnerships. GFTN organises convening forums, offers advisory services on innovation ecosystems, provides access to transformative digital platforms, and invest in technology startups with the potential for growth and positive social impact through its venture fund.
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts, drive employer branding initiatives, and collaborate with the HR Manager on compensation and benefits strategies. This role will ensure GFTN attracts, hires, and retains top-tier talent to support its global fintech mission while modernising recruitment processes and fostering a strong employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Develop and implement strategies to meet local and global hiring needs, aligning with organisational goals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring seamless and efficient processes for all candidates.
- Utilise diverse sourcing channels, including professional networks, social media, and recruitment events, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Partner with hiring managers across geographies to understand role requirements and tailor recruitment plans.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, visa processes, and employment regulations in all hiring activities.
Employer Branding
- Position GFTN as an employer of choice in local and international markets.
- Create and execute employer branding campaigns to attract top talent.
- Represent GFTN at career fairs, industry events, and conferences to enhance visibility.
Compensation and Benefits
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to design and review competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Provide market insights and benchmarking data to ensure offerings are equitable and attractive.
ATS Implementation
- Lead the evaluation, customisation, and implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to optimise recruitment workflows
- Train hiring managers and HR teams on ATS usage and integration with existing systems.
Collaboration and Compliance
- Work with leadership to forecast workforce needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Stay updated on global hiring trends and ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including employer branding and compensation support.
- Expertise in local and international recruitment with knowledge of labour laws and compliance.
- Proven experience in implementing ATS solutions and optimising recruitment processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on collaboration.
- Knowledge of the fintech industry is a plus.
