Job Description

The People team at Lalamove is responsible for developing scalable frameworks that support the company's global expansion.

We are a next-gen people team passionate about building a world-class people function that drives business success.

This role will lead our People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams, covering employee life cycles for our headquarters in Hong Kong.

Closely collaborating with the Director of People, who oversees people operations outside HKSAR.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute full-spectrum people functions including talent acquisition, people operations, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
  • Lead, manage, and build a collaborative functional team through effective recruiting, training, coaching, team building, and succession planning.

Contribute to the development of corporate-wide people policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives.

Support the VP People in providing strategic business partnership to senior executives and building a strong people vision.

Develop a strong people vision for Functional teams and create cross-team partnerships to deliver on that vision.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of HR and management experience, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience with employee relations and talent acquisition, working across various roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
