Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responbilities

  • Define hiring needs, develop compelling job descriptions aligned with organizational culture, and identify candidates with the required competencies and skills.
  • Execute a dynamic Talent Acquisition strategy (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding) aligned with annual business goals.
  • Implement innovative recruiting methods and adapt strategies as needed to meet evolving business demands.
  • Manage and provide continuous improvement on the hiring process, usage of tools and technologies, and vendor relationships to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both Hiring Managers and Candidates.
  • Manage and on board all external partners such as search firms, reference check companies for Singapore.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  • Managing and working towards a Singapore Core

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resource
  • Stakeholder Influence (demonstrated ability to navigate matrix organization).
  • Strong team management and leadership skills
  • Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin
