About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to lead our HR initiatives and collaborate closely with business departments to drive strategic HR solutions. This role requires a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations, with a focus on supporting business growth in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Lead and manage an HR team of 3-5 members.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and execute hiring strategies.
Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Successfully supported 170+ hires in a year.
2. HR Business Partnering
Work closely with business units (Exchange, Wallet, and Public Chain) to understand HR needs and provide strategic support.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering HR insights to enhance decision-making.
Drive workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations, handling grievances, and promoting a culture of collaboration.
Plan and execute team-building activities and company events to enhance employee engagement.
Lead initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
4. Compensation & Benefits
Optimize compensation and benefits structures to remain competitive in the industry.
Provide expert advice on salary benchmarking, incentives, and retention strategies.
Manage employee benefit programs to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
5. HR Operations & System Management
Oversee the procurement and management of HR tools, such as the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
Ensure seamless operation of HR systems and accounts to support business needs.
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years in HR roles, with a focus on HRBP, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in fintech, crypto, or fast-paced startups preferred.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment, and expertise in HR tools and data-driven decision-making.
Tech Proficiency: MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
