  • Oversee the employee data protection responsibilities within the organisation and ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act
  • Any other adhoc HR projects

Job Requirements

  • Degree with at least 8 years of HR generalist experience or in a role of similar capacity
  • Hands on experience with SAP system
  • Excellent understanding of human resources policies, policies and benefits
  • Ability to thrive in a fast pace and changing environment and deal with ambiguity
  • Demonstrated skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities
  • Systematic, has an eye for details and methodical in thought process and work approach
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Positive, cheerful, resultoriented, selfdriven and a team player
