- Colead the Annual Salary review and Variable Bonus exercise
- Review and provide recommendations for employee insurance and benefits policies
- Key HR liaison for the overseas offices
- Ensure employee data integrity and security
- Ensure data accessibility of HR personnel
- Provide support for HR audit
- Participate in HR budgeting exercise
- Oversee the employee data protection responsibilities within the organisation and ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act
- Any other adhoc HR projects
Job Requirements
- Degree with at least 8 years of HR generalist experience or in a role of similar capacity
- Hands on experience with SAP system
- Excellent understanding of human resources policies, policies and benefits
- Ability to thrive in a fast pace and changing environment and deal with ambiguity
- Demonstrated skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities
- Systematic, has an eye for details and methodical in thought process and work approach
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Positive, cheerful, resultoriented, selfdriven and a team player
