Your tasks:

This is a regional role, reporting to APAC Human Resource department.

Responsible to administer company HR systems in the regional office, as well as identify gaps and

opportunities to improve HR efficiency and productivity based on best practices/ new technologies and trends. Supporting local projects for a regional office. Close collaboration with the global team to implement global strategic projects

  • Responsible for documenting and governing data sources, validating processing use cases and strategizing document consumption modes in detail
  • Support regional data governance framework aligned with global architecture
  • Organize, approve, and authenticate access of HR owned data
  • Collaborate with business units to develop regional data standards in alignment with global standards
  • Work closely with global Data owner for compliance matrix to deploy strategies with documented sampling evidence
  • Monitor data source changes, and usage and suggest improvements to maintain data quality
  • Partner with Data architects, QA and testing team to perform data mapping, data dictionary maintenance, conduct testing of the system and assures quality deliverable that matches the requirements
  • Supporting HR projects in liaison with internal and external stakeholders on datarelated activities not limited to data migration, test data preparation, test scenarios, and test run.

Requirements:

Skills Required

  • Working knowledge of master data concept
  • Working knowledge of data governance practices, data stewardship or data quality measurement will be a plus
  • Knowledge of data related government regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR) and emerging trends and issues & risk data architecture and technology solutions
  • Experienced in agile development methodologies, scrum
  • Experience in project management has a track record of working effectively under timecritical deadlines, and tenacity to persevere
  • Understanding data architecture, data flow and integration concepts are a plus
  • Knowledge in data analytics
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Flexibility and independent workability; result orientation & drive to completion

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Information systems or relevant field
  • Working experience with HRIS data model or implementation is a plus
