Job Description:

Our client is a leading premium hospitality group and is in need of an HR/Senior Manager specializing in HRIS implementation and C&B Management.

HRIS Implementation:

  • Support the HR Director in implementing the new HRIS system from start to finish, covering needs assessment, vendor selection, setup, testing, training, and launch.
  • Work with diverse teams (HR, IT, senior management) to ensure HRIS implementation aligns with business goals.
  • Create and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for the HRIS project.
  • Ensure customization and setup of the HRIS system are tailored to the organization's requirements.
  • Perform system tests, resolve issues, conduct user training, and provide support, including developing user guides for easy adoption.
  • Assist in implementing a thorough change management strategy for HRIS integration.
  • Serve as the main contact for all HRIS-related queries, problems, and post-implementation improvements.

Compensation and Benefits Management:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits schemes.
  • Regularly analyze and compare to ensure competitiveness and compliance with standards.
  • Devise plans to boost employee engagement and retention through effective compensation and benefits packages.
  • Offer advice and assistance to HR teams and managers on compensation matters such as pay structures, bonuses, and benefits.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Supervise HRIS data accuracy and confidentiality, adhering to data protection laws.
  • Generate HR reports and metrics for decision-making and process enhancement.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and analytics for tracking KPIs related to compensation, benefits, and HRIS usage.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of HRIS experience in a managerial capacity, preferably in implementation and management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in HRIS systems, including setup, customization, and integration with other platforms.
  • Thorough understanding of compensation and benefits principles, regulations, and practices.
  • Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and presentation of HR metrics.
  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership abilities.
