Our client is a on-trend luxury fashion brand.

Due to the brand's successful expansion across the region, there is now an exciting opportunity to join their collaborative HR team.

This is a
Senior HR Manager/HR Manager position. This role will be based in Singapore, and has a regional coverage.

This role will report functionally into a HR Director for the region, and also report to the General Manager for the brand.


Role

As the Senior HR Manager, you have overview of the full spectrum of HR functions, including Recruitment (a critical responsibility of the role to support new stores opening within the region) Talent Management, Employee Relations, Training & Development, and HR Operations.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of both corporate and retail store positions for the brand.

You will serve as a business partner with the retail operations and management on various HR services and oversee and manage the entire employee life cycle.


Requirements:

You are degree qualified, ideally with at least of 10 years experience as a HR Generalist. Experience within the Retail, Hospitality or Consumer Goods sectors is a plus. You must also have
regional HR experience, and knowledge of HR Practices/Employment Laws, mínimally in 3 markets within Southeast Asia (e.g. Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand). You are able to work independently and be hands-on (e.g. to post job ads, on & offboarding). You possess the ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills.
