Our client is a globally-renowned brand in the retail space and they looking for a HR Senior Manager. This is a newly-created position to support change management and process improvements.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development of human capital
  • Monitor, develop, and implement HR systems, policies, and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment and improve on retention rate
  • Drive high performance through establishing HR evaluation systems, performance management, and goal-setting
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Requirements

  • Degree in HRM / Business Administration or equivalent
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in HR
  • Prior experience implementing HRMS modules is required
  • People management experience required
  • Regional experience will be a bonus
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
