**Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR & Admin and Finance team
  • Formulate HR & Admin strategic plans and be involved in the execution of these plans.
  • Involve in talent management to attract, develop and retain talents
  • Continuously plan and improve retention strategies and programmes that would retain highpotentials.
  • Conduct a continuing study of all HR policies, programmes and practices to keep the Senior HR Manager informed of new developments.
  • Develop and monitor an annual budget and forecast.
  • Manage monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation
  • Maintain proper financial controls and documentation for the audit trail
  • Consistently analyzing financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitoring Account Receivables ageing and managing the cash positions
  • Prepare annual budget and compare to actual results with a view to identifying, explaining and correcting variances as appropriate
**Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or higher in HR or Finance or a related field.

  • At least 6 years of experience as an HR generalist HRM and Finance functions (at least 3 years at manager level)
  • Able to execute matters with mínimal supervision and guidance.
  • Possess strong interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a highstress environment, while giving support to the team and providing direction and guidance.
  • Strong problemsolving and creative thinking skills.
  • Detailoriented, fast learner and committed to meeting timelines.
  • Good spoken & written English.
