Healthcare HR Manager, HRBP

What you'll be doing
- Act as a strategic HR partner, collaborating with management, business units, and employees to align HR initiatives with organisational goals
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, employment regulations, performance management, workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and leadership appointments
- Work closely with HR Centres of Excellence and key stakeholders to design and implement impactful HR programmes and initiatives
- Drive talent acquisition efforts in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure adequate manpower planning and support organisational growth
- Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements in coordination with relevant internal and external public agency bodies
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional HR projects, industry initiatives, and regulatory engagements as required
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree level in Human Resource/ Business or related studies
- 7 - 8 years of HR experience with at least 3 - 4 years in a managerial setting
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, healthcare regulations, and compliance requirements related to licensing and accreditation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, unions, and regulatory bodies
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
