Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee records in personnel files and HRIS.
  • Manage E-leave and E-attendance systems, including leave application and daily attendance tracking.
  • Process and verify employee claims for medical, dental, transport, and travel allowances.
  • Handle work pass administration, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Provide HR support from on-boarding to off-boarding processes.
  • Assist in payroll-related tasks and ensure timely government claim submissions.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and administration roles.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
