Requirements

Diploma holder with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience as a HR Generalist Being pro-active, mature, meticulous, analytical, organized and a dedicated team player Being hands-on, able to work independently in a dynamic & fast pace environment and able to prioritize and work to tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills Strong project management skill Must be able to handle high level of confidential information regarding employees with sensitivity Proficiency in Microsoft office applications Knowledge and experience in Easy Pay and Workday software preferred Knowledge in expat administrations will be an added advantage Knowledge of Lean and other continuous improvement tools will be an added advantage
