Senior Associate, HR Shared Services

Job Description
As a Senior Associate of HR Shared Services, you will report to the Manager of HR Shared Services and work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Attraction and Learning & Development to assist and support in HR related functions.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the shared services centre to ensure deliverables and service levels are met Manage all HR Manpower related grants including liaison with relevant internal and external stakeholders Manage all MOM Surveys and HR reporting/data requests Support in organisation wide Manpower Planning and Budgeting Cycle Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and other related assignments, assist in annual HR activities where required. e.g. performance appraisal exercises, salary and bonus reviews Participate in continuous process improvement projects and policies review to implement standardisation and simplification initiatives to drive higher performance, efficiency and productivity within HR Manage internal and external audit activities for the HR department with various stakeholders
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business related qualification 4 - 5 years of relevant HR Shared Services experience Meticulous and strong attention to details, able to handle large volume of data on spreadsheet with due careGood communication and interpersonal skills Strong in Google Workspace collaborative tools and Excel Experience in SuccessFactors system is an added advantage Able to manage high volumes, work under tight timelines and respond positively to changing priorities-
