HR Shared Services Intern

**Job Summary**
CapitaLand is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Shared Services Intern to join our team. As an HR Shared Services Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in various HR-related tasks, including performing adjustments for No Pay Leave tabulation, supporting the team in preparing letters on the HR System (Workday), and being the point of contact to inform stakeholders on their leave proration matters.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in performing adjustments for No Pay Leave tabulation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the team in preparing letters on the HR System (Workday), maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Be the point of contact to inform stakeholders on their leave proration matters, providing clear and concise information.
- Assist in Year End Income Tax Checks and Verification for Payroll Vendors, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Support the team with various sustainability reports, analyzing data and providing insights.
- Update the department's SOPs when necessary, ensuring consistency and clarity.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
**Requirements**
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resource, Business, or any other related disciplines.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with a strong understanding of HR systems and processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Ability to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous, with a strong commitment to excellence.
