Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist in performing the adjustments for No Pay Leave tabulation
Support the team in preparing letters on the HR System (Workday)
Be the point of contact to inform stakeholders on their leave proration matters, when required
Assist in Year End Income Tax Checks and Verification for Payroll Vendors
Support the team with various sustainability reports
Update the department’s SOPs when necessary
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resource, Business, or any other related disciplines
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
Detail-oriented and meticulous
