About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Generalist & Culture Intern to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our human resources and culture initiatives. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR operations and culture development where you will have exposure to co-creating various employee engagement related activities during your internship with us.
We are ideally looking for someone who can intern with us full-time however we will also be open to part-time applications (3day work week).
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition for them into the organization as well as offboarding activities Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, wellness programs, and recognition events Manage A-Z of HR operations not limited to preparation of all HR related letters, maintaining P-File, HR Documentations etc Play an active role in maintaining and updating HR databases, employee records, and organizational charts Assist in gathering HR metrics and data to support reporting and analysis of HR trends and performance Contribute to culture-building initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment Design and scope content for Tencent Singapore Newsletter, which includes interviewing stakeholders to feature BG projects and updates

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, ideally with prior HR internship experiences Strong interest in HR management, organizational culture, and employee relations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Positive attitude, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team. Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to work with both international stakeholders and China HQ based teammates will be a huge plus-
