Get to Know the Role
This is a full-time onsite internship role based in Singapore, reporting to the Head of Country People Operations.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Help plan and implement employee engagement and culture activities that support employees (and interns) development, wellness and inclusivity at work
- Develop editorial content that supports employee engagement, through internal channels like email announcement, intranet
- Analyze metrics of employee engagement efforts and assess effectiveness
- Support end-to-end intern experience in Singapore; from hiring to onboarding and engaging them throughout their stint at Grab.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Familiar with Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
- Proficiency in using Gen AI solutions to address real-life problems within HR
