Hours: Mon to Fri, 10am to 7pm

Salary: Up to $2,600 + AWS + VB

Join a leading player in the automotive leasing industry and be part of a dynamic team ensuring high service standards for commercial vehicle customers. We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Advisor to manage service requests, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and respond to customers' requirements by providing accurate information.
  • Handle complaints efficiently, offering suitable solutions and following up to ensure complete resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and workshops to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Generate quotations, prepare work orders, and issue job orders to workshops and contractors.
  • Negotiate with controllers and contractors to maintain service quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Track and follow up on vehicle servicing/repairs, updating customers on progress and collection details.
  • Foster a positive and empathetic atmosphere in all customer interactions, reflecting company values.
Requirements:
  • Diploma holder, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, administration, or support roles — experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with a customer-first mindset.
