Service Advisor (BYD/Denza)

Basic Salary Range :

$2500 to $3800 (depending on qualifications and relevant working experience)

Job Description

• Attend to customer's vehicles to determine the work scope needed, provide technical solution and quotation for consideration and acceptance.
• Manage customer's expectation and co-ordinate with service providers to meet customer's demand
• Work with workshop to deliver efficient and effective aftersales services
• Check invoices for correctness before billing and explain individual items to customer
• Able to spot trend of unusual performance of vehicles. Raise technical query to Technical Team when unusual trend on vehicles is spotted
• Test drive with customer if necessary
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by Service Manager or After Sales Manager

Requirement:

• Report to Service Manager/ After Sales Manager in After Sales Department
• Must have passion to meet people and customer service oriented.
• Min Nitec in Automotive Engineering or any Technical Diploma
• Valid Class 3 or 3A driving license (preferably Class 3)
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• 3-5 yrs automotive experience. Without work experience will be appointed as Technician to gain exposure & training
• Computer Literate
