You will act as the link between customers and the workshop, ensuring vehicle issues and solutions are efficiently conveyed between mechanics and customers while delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer to enquires, schedule service appointments and provide after-sales service.
  • Greet customers, document vehicle concerns.
  • Address customer complaints and issues as needed.
  • Maintain records, process payments, and ensure timely service updates/delivery.
  • Customer service related adhoc task

Skills & requirements:

  • Local and Permeant Residents only.
  • Strong communication, organizational.
  • Outgoing and keen in creating conversations.
  • Basic Excel and Microsoft skill.
  • Able to complete task alone.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Saturday 9am to 3pm.
