We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our after-sales department in the automotive industry. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional service and a desire to enhance customer satisfaction, we invite you to apply. In this role, you will be the vital link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring seamless operations and excellent communication throughout the service process.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth frontline operations, adhering to company guidelines, to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor job progress and keep customers informed on repair/servicing status.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding modifications, repairs, and service maintenance.
  • Offer professional advice on necessary or additional repair/service jobs.
  • Manage all documentation, including costs, claims, and vehicle history files.
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Update and notify customers about upcoming service due dates.
  • Assist customers during vehicle check-in and ensure an efficient paperwork flow.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: O-level certification.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Must possess a Class 3 driving license.
