**Job Description**:

- Responsible for daily intake of motorcycles for servicing, insurance claim as well as handling Authority bikes
- Advise customer on necessary repair & maintenance including cost / estimate.
- Assist other Customer Service Advisors especially during peak hours and to cope with high volume.
- Ensuring and upholding the service image at all times.
- Assisting in achieving higher service levels through various action plans constantly implemented.
- Assisting a group of front counter staff and maintaining their team spirits and positive thinking and teamwork.
- Ensuring administration work is done promptly in terms of warranty claims, internal account, WIP reports, cash debtors, monthly target of various scores, etc.
- Follow up closely on back -order parts in scheduling service appointment and keep customer update on service and the delivery date for job completion.
- Take ownership of the customer’s experience by returning live service calls and carrying out those additional assignments that create strong customer relationships.

Job Requirements
- Minimum NITEC in Mechanical / Motor Vehicle or relevant field.
- Diploma in Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering.
- Have valid driving Licence - Class 2
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Motors Industry
- Able to work under stress and fast pace environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
- Good Team player
