**Position**: Assistant Service Advisor (Automotive)

**Salary**: $2,200 - $2,800 + OT

**Location**: West

**Working Hours / Days**: 8.30AM - 6.00PM (Mon - Fri) / 8.30AM - 12.30PM (Alt Sat Off)

**Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinate with the Service Advisor and Workshop Supervisors on daily throughputs and workshop capacity.
- Payment collection from customers on repair bills and spare parts purchases according to company policy.
- Assist the Workshop Administrator in the arrangement of informing customers about their extended warranty inspections and booking for the necessary inspections.
- Answering phone calls and attending to walk-in customer’s inquiries.
- Prepare daily customer appointment sheets for the SA’s and Workshop controllers/Supervisors in advance and forward information to the respective department.
- Ensure proper filing of completed job cards and invoices into their respective history files and archiving digitally.
- Assist Service Advisor and ensure that customers received the SSS survey form accordingly after the servicing or repair of their cars.
- Ensure that the customer reception and waiting area are clean and tidy at all times and that the new PDS/TEQ catalogues and brochures are displayed and updated.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience preferably in Automotive Industry.
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Comfortable to perform OT
- Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and computerized systems.
- Meticulous, able to multitask, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
