**Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repair services. This role requires strong communication skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming and assisting customers with scheduling vehicle service appointments.
- Listening to customer concerns, diagnosing vehicle issues, and recommending solutions.
- Providing accurate estimates of service costs and timeframes.
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of work and updating customers accordingly.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and vehicle history.
- Serving as a liaison between customers and technicians, relaying information and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handling customer complaints or disputes professionally and striving for resolution.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years experience as an automotive service advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, as well as take on additional responsibilities as assigned
- Self-starter, ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Fast and meticulous worker
- Eye for details
- Can do and positive attitude
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice
