Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing prompt and professional assistance.
- Handle customer enquiries regarding servicing, repairs, and appointment scheduling.
- Prepare service quotations, explain work required, and obtain customer approval.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of jobs and update customers on progress.
- Perform vehicle check-in and check-out processes, including pre- and post-service inspections.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure a positive service experience.
- Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and related documentation.
- Support aftersales initiatives, promotions, and campaigns to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O-Level, Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in customer service, service advisor, or automotive aftersales will be an advantage (training provided for entry-level candidates).
- Customer-oriented, with a positive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
