Job Description:

  • Analyse market data (customer trends, car models, parts usage, etc.) to identify opportunities for growth
  • Support campaigns, promotions, and programs to increase customer retention and aftersales revenue
  • Monitor market pricing and competitor activities for parts, labour, and accessories
  • Work with suppliers, partners, and contractors to ensure smooth operations and cost savings
  • Assist in sourcing new products/services and explore new revenue opportunities
  • Support customer feedback channels (surveys, emails, call centre, etc.) and ensure issues are followed up promptly
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Service teams on customer loyalty initiatives
  • Ensure marketing collaterals meet company and brand standards

Job requirement:

  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to interpret raw data and create concise, actionable reports
