1) Planning & Management
a) To ensure that all marketing activities related to the franchise brand (Peugeot, BYD, Ford & Quicklane) are executed in accordance with the requirements of Vantage Automotive and the respective principals. The areas of operations are:
- Passenger & Commercial cars Marketing
- Aftersales Marketing
- Customer Relations Management
- Ensure the completeness & accuracy of customer profile base
- Target Marketing for Sales & Aftersales business
- Customer Feedback Management Process
- Gather data for sales funnel management
b) Supervision of the marketing department and its staff to ensure its smooth operations.
c1) The formulation and implementation of annual marketing plans for the relevant area of operations to help increase the sales volume and meet set targets based on budget given.
c2) Implementation of brand enhancement initiatives that will further strengthen the Company's brand identity as well as identify and execute corporate communications programmes internally and externally
d) To formulate and manage the annual marketing budget.
e) Provided day to day support and guidance on in-store display, retail management of merchandise
f) To approve dealer advertisement and marketing collaterals to support the dealer sales ambition.
2) Customer, Media & Agency Relations
a) Developing a long-term customer relation program to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and retention.
b) Forging a long and effective relationship with the media and press
c) Managing agencies and contractors to ensure operation efficiency
3) Event Management
a) Conceptualization of launch concept
b) Organize and conduct events & product launches
c) Logistic planning.
4) Market Research
Engaged in market research to study market trends and movements to facilitate the development of sales and marketing strategies to support and enhance the company’s continued growth.
