**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the SDAS & PPSL Marketing and CRM team and provide relevant support, and coaching to complete assigned tasks
- Manage resources and marketing budget
- Responsible for marketing plan, execution, monitoring, and tracking of results
- Responsible for generating leads for sales and purchasing
- Responsible for enhancements and improvements
- Responsible for maintaining the company’s website, social media app, and mobile app
- Lead, mentor, and train internal marketing and CRM team
- Work within the resources and marketing budget, maximizing the ROI
- Plan and execute campaigns, activities, and launches online and offline for conquest and customer retention
- Manage media, advertisement, and PR and boost brand awareness
- Track results and provide analysis
- Enhance all processes are in compliance
- Ensure showroom and marketing collaterals are in line with the principal/company's requirements
- Submit marketing forecast and responsible for marketing budget
- Work along with internal and external parties in achieving business objectives
- Work along with principals to ensure agreed requirements are adhered to and ensure results exceed expectations during principals’ audits
- Improve customer’s experience and touchpoints
- Present marketing presentation to stakeholders/principal
- Liaise and negotiate with internal and external staff/vendors/suppliers
- Plan marketing calendar, maximizing ROI
- Ability to adapt and make marketing changes along with market requirements/shifts
- Plan and arrange staff engagement session

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing, digital marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 years of marketing-related experience, with experience in digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills
- Innovative with creative flair, resourceful, proactive, and a good team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and managing concurrent projects to meet deadlines
