  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets.
  • Generate leads, conduct sales calls/meetings, and present company products.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable chemical solutions.
  • Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer-specific formulations and solutions.
  • Coordinate between sales team, logistics, customer service, and technical support.
  • Handle order processing, follow-up on deliveries, and resolve customer complaints.
  • Maintain customer database and generate regular reports on sales activities on CRM.
  • Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and trade shows when needed. Business development, retain and grow existing customer base and develop new business for the region with the incorporation of marketing activities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets/goals.
  • Convert prospects to generate sales /business for region growth.
