DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify leads, securing new business opportunities and developing positive, long-term relationships with clients.
- Prepare, issue and follow up on sales proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and the attraction's profitability guidelines.
- Recommend and execute sales initiatives that drive visitation and meet budgeted revenue goals.
- Conduct onsite inspections, familiarisation trips, and the preparation and execution of events to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.
- Coordinate and ensure the timely delivery of event requirements in collaboration with technical, operations, and F&B teams.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of sales and promotional materials.
- Update, document and implement standard operating procedures for all booking and sales processes.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the management.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum diploma holder.
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate and event sales, business development or customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented and committed to achieving sales targets.
