Job Summary:

The Customer's Retention & Engagement Executive will be responsible for tracking and monitoring customers' treatment packages, ensuring timely communication before expiry, and driving package renewals. This role plays a key part in enhancing customers satisfaction, loyalty, and overall business retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the customer's database, including treatment package details and expiry dates.
  • Track treatment packages due to expire within 6 months and proactively reach out to clients.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to implement retention campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs.
  • Generate and analyse regular reports on package usage, renewals, and customer's engagement metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling treatments based on client preferences and history.
  • Research competitor offerings, pricing, and promotions to identify market trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Identify and liaise with potential beauty influencers and brand partners for collaborations and campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer's engagement, package usage, and renewal trends.
  • Assist with billing follow-ups and general administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years' experience in customer service, customer's engagement, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or spa industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in excel, or similar database management tools.
  • Passion for beauty, wellness, and providing an exceptional customer's experience.
