Job Responsibilities

  • To support sales opportunities, assist in marketing and procurement projects, and work on initiatives that improve efficiency and brand experience.
  • Analyze customer data to identify upselling opportunities and improve retention and revenue.
  • Analyse automotive aftersales data to identify trends and insights
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple databases
  • Support digital solutions that enhance customer experience and expand outreach.
  • Manage feedback channels (surveys, call centre, email) to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Assist in procurement projects while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance.
  • Track and support initiatives to meet business goals and KPIs (e.g., parts purchase, financial targets, customer retention).
  • To develop creative strategies to improve sales of existing products/services
  • Management of business partners, suppliers, and contractors to ensure they adhere to contract scope and requirements
  • Optimize data processes to improve efficiency and reporting quality

Job Requirements

  • Min Bachelor Degree in related data analysis field
  • Entry Level are welcome to apply. Training will be provided
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis or a related field
  • Ability to read and interpret raw data and summarize it into a concise report.
