What you'll be doing

  • Assist in reviewing and improving HR policies, processes, and programmes
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners and staff to provide support and advice on HR matters
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding activities for employees
  • Ensure a positive experience for new hires and leavers during transitions
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems promptly
  • Support HR operations to meet service standards and compliance requirements

What we're looking for

  • Diploma level from recognised institutions in Human Resource/ Business Management or related studies
  • 1 - 3 years of working experience in Human Resource role, training will be provided
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working with HR systems and Microsoft Office
