You will supervise a team handling employee on/offboarding and HR processes. You'll ensure smooth operations, service quality, and provide guidance as a subject-matter expert.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR administrative and advisory support to institutions.
  • Ensure service standards (SLA/KPIs) are met and updated when needed.
  • Manage HR processes in line with institutions' policies and regulations.
  • Track and report HR service performance metrics.
  • Review and improve work processes for efficiency and customer experience.
  • Guide and coach the team on complex HR matters.
  • Handle other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR or Business.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Able to manage tight timelines and shifting priorities.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented team player.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
