Assistant Manager, HR Shared Services – Learning

Seeking an experienced HR professional to lead and oversee Learning & Development (L&D) operational administration within a shared services environment. This role involves supervising a team to ensure timely and accurate execution of backend L&D processes, driving service excellence across multiple institutions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline processes, uphold service standards, and implement improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the L&D operations team to ensure accurate and timely processing of programme registrations, external learning, and sponsorship administration.
- Monitor team performance against SLAs and KPIs, with regular reviews and improvements.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end course administration.
- Build partnerships with Learning teams to enhance process delivery.
- Drive process improvements to increase operational efficiency and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of HR experience; L&D administration experience preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage.
- Self-driven, adaptable, meticulous, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
