Overview

Seeking an experienced HR professional to lead and oversee Learning & Development (L&D) operational administration within a shared services environment. This role involves supervising a team to ensure timely and accurate execution of backend L&D processes, driving service excellence across multiple institutions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline processes, uphold service standards, and implement improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the L&D operations team to ensure accurate and timely processing of programme registrations, external learning, and sponsorship administration.
  • Monitor team performance against SLAs and KPIs, with regular reviews and improvements.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end course administration.
  • Build partnerships with Learning teams to enhance process delivery.
  • Drive process improvements to increase operational efficiency and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience; L&D administration experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, meticulous, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
