Responsiblities
HR Setup & Leadership- Establish and lead the local HR function to support the company's business expansion in Singapore.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes that align with corporate standards and comply with Singapore's employment regulations.
- To serve as a strategic HR partner to the local management team, providing insights and solutions that drive organizational effectiveness and business objectives.
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and learning and development.
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore employment laws and statutory requirements (MOM, CPF, IRAS, etc.).
- To be able to handle payroll administration, employee benefits, insurance, and medical programs.
- Lead internal and external HR audits to uphold compliance with both regulatory and corporate standards.
- Partner with business leaders to identify manpower needs and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Design and implement talent attraction and retention strategies, including competitive rewards, recognition, and incentive programs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives such as corporate surveys, feedback analysis, and follow-up action planning.
- Promote programs that strengthen company culture, enhance employee satisfaction, and foster a high-performance workplace.
- Design, implement, and evaluate training and development initiatives that support employee growth and align with business and organizational objectives.
- Develop and manage the HR budget effectively.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the local HR team to ensure operational excellence and professional growth.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR management experience, preferably within the Semiconductor or Electronics industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Well verse in Singapore labor laws, CPF, IRAS, and other statutory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage both strategic HR initiatives and hands-on operational tasks.
- Well verse in HRIS systems and technology-enabled HR processes
