Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the HR operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- HR Operations Management: Oversee payroll, onboarding, HR administration (work pass, benefits, L&D), and HR query resolution to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
- Process Improvement: Drive standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement of HR processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure HR practices, data, and reporting adhere to legal requirements, company policies, and governance standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with HR teams, business leaders, and vendors to deliver effective HR services across the organisation.
Key Requirements
- Recognised Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional Human Resources certification is a plus.
- Good domain knowledge in Human Resources, regulatory compliance on Work Passes, Employment Act and local immigration rules.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in an HR operations or shared services role, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory position. Adept in HR Operations and Service Delivery including client support, case management and implementing change initiatives.
- Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to interact with people across all levels.
