
Senior Executive, HR Group Shared Services

Responsibilities:
- Provide HR administrative and advisory support to assigned institutions.
- Ensure service standards (SLA/KPIs) are met and updated when necessary.
- Manage HR processes in compliance with institutional policies and regulations.
- Track, analyze, and report HR service performance metrics.
- Review and streamline work processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Guide and coach team members on complex HR matters.
- Undertake other duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong ability to manage tight timelines and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
