Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow relationships with existing distributors and onboard new ones to
increase market coverage.
• Drive direct sales efforts to dental clinics, dentists, and related institutions
• Present, promote, and demonstrate the features and benefits of our 3D oral scanners,
clear aligners, and lab products.
• Travel to meet clients and partners for product presentations, relationship building, and
account management.
• Attend relevant trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the brand
and generate leads.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., operations, logistics, marketing, and
technical support) to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline development, and customer
feedback.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform
strategy and positioning.
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on sales performance, opportunities, and
challenges.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in dental, medical devices, or
healthcare products.
• Prior experience managing distributor channels is highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of the dental industry in Singapore, including clinics, labs, and
practitioner needs.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, site visits, and events.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
