About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Efficient Networks International (S) Pte Ltd' as a Sales Manager, based in the Central Region. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and supporting the company's strategic objectives within the Sales Management industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  2. Managing a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentoring and performance management to help them reach their full potential
  3. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating deals and contracts with clients
  4. Analysing market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to inform sales planning and decision making
  5. Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations and other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  6. Reporting on sales performance and providing insights to senior management

What we're looking for

  1. Extensive experience (8+ years) in a sales management role, preferably within the Sales Management industry
  2. Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  3. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use insights to inform strategic decisions
  6. Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
