Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share in the logistics and mechanical systems (HPAC/HVAC/ACMV) segments.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while nurturing strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions (e.g., HVAC/ACMV systems, environmental control solutions, logistics support services).
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, tender submissions, and perform product/service presentations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project, operations, customer service) to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine business strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to long-term business expansion.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, Mechanical, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales or business development experience in Logistics, HPAC, HVAC, ACMV, Mechanical Engineering, or related sectors.
  • Strong technical understanding of HVAC/ACMV systems or environmental control solutions is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, key account management, and closing sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Independent, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
