About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join SURTECO's Asia team. This position plays a key role in driving sales growth across Asia within our edge banding, decorative surfaces, floor skirtings and accessories product ranges.
You will be responsible for managing and developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets across your assigned territory.
This role requires extensive travel throughout Asia (around 80% of the time), with approximately one week per month based in our Singapore office.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute sales and call cycle plans within the allocated territory.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and agents.
· Identify and develop new business opportunities.
· Promote SURTECO's full range of products and solutions.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets and budgets.
· Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights.
· Maintain customer and sales data in CRM (Salesforce).
· Represent SURTECO at trade shows and industry events.
Skills & Experience
· Minimum 3–4 years' experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in manufacturing or building materials.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
· Highly self-motivated, organised, and results oriented.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
· Must be able to work and travel across Asia.
Desirable
· Experience in the architecture, design, or decorative materials industry.
· Flair for interior design and commercial awareness.
· Previous trade or technical background.
