Before & After Aesthetics is a newly launched premium aesthetics group in Singapore, dedicated to redefining beauty through technology, precision, and personalized care.
Built by industry veterans, we bring cutting-edge treatments and curated client experiences across face, skin, body, and scalp.
As we expand, we are looking for a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead outlet sales, coach high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance & Leadership
- Drive outlet sales targets through strategic planning and execution
- Personally close high-value treatment plans and packages
- Mentor and manage a team of consultants and therapists to exceed KPIs
- Monitor daily sales, conduct reviews, and implement sales initiatives
Client Relationship Management
- Deliver excellent pre- and post-sale client care
- Handle feedback, complaints, and service recovery with professionalism
- Maintain high client satisfaction, rebooking, and referral rates
Operational Oversight
- Oversee daily outlet operations, including scheduling and team rostering
- Uphold service standards and SOP compliance
- Assist in stock control and retail product management
Team Development
- Lead daily huddles and motivate the team through regular coaching
- Identify and nurture talent within the team for internal promotions
- Conduct appraisals and guide team through structured sales processes
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a sales leadership role within aesthetics, wellness, or high-touch service industries
- Proven track record in personal and team sales performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
- Self-motivated, structured, and commercially driven
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with medical aesthetic treatments is advantageous
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Full-time, permanent role with operational flexibility
