**What you'll do**:

**1. Technical Support**

**3. Advice**
Prepares/gives advice on the use of DSM products to customers
**4. Validation**
Organizes/prepares trials for validation of (new) products and formula changes in customers production facilities.
**5. Technical Training**
**6. Application Demonstrations and Preparations**
**7. Scanning Business Opportunities and Innovations**
**8. Product Launches**
Supports industry managers and sales managers with product introductions to new and existing clients and comes with suggestions to improve product positioning and commercialization based upon earlier results.
**10. Product Management Support**
Supports PM, Industry Managers and Business Development Director to determine and substantiate the value of DSM products through any means including but not limited to industrial trials and interpretation of such. For Technical Service Managers, the following additional accountabilities are applicable
- Interacts with different parties like R&D from (key/A) account and product developers to support sales process
- Coordinates investigations, resolving and documenting customer technical complaints & questions.
**You bring**:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Dairy Technology or similar field
- 5 - 10 years ' working experience icluding Product Development & Application experience in Dairy industry
- Knowledge of ingredients including starter cultures and enzymes, hydrocolloids and flavours
- Business travel among APAC region will be required
