Responsibilities:
* Ensure smooth IT operations, manage technical teams, and maintain high service standards for clients.
* Develop and implement IT service management processes and best practices.
* Oversee IT asset management, procurement, and vendor relationships.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
* Drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
* Minimum 5–8 years of IT operations experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within an SI environment.
